RTD is Sub Contractor on large Reclaimed Water Storage Facility for Pasco County, Florida. RTD contract work consisted of furnishing and installing of new air compressors and heat exchangers with associated 2”, 3”, and 4” SS AHP piping, valves, expansions joints and appurtenances for the proposed East and West Compressor Buildings. Project hi-lights include:

Install, test and startup Five (5) Aeration Compressors
Install, test, and startup Two (2) Heat Exchangers
Install new 2”, 3”, 4” SS AHP from Static Screen Compressors to Static Screen Air Receivers and manifold
Installation of 4” Control Valves, pressure gauges, mass flowmeters, and associated field instruments
Installation of new concrete slabs and miscellaneous equipment pads
Installation of multiple pipe and rack supports made of stainless steel
Installation of new insulation systems

RTD self-performed 95% of all the work including all formwork, concrete work, metal work, and all process piping.
