Prime Contractor on the master pump station facility for Manatee County Public Works, Florida. RTD contract work consisted of removal and replacement of existing liner system, repair all concrete damage under liner, furnish and install new explosion proof LED lights, 316 SS channel stop gates, fiberglass safety handrail and grating meeting OSHA requirements and under s strict bypassing operation. Project hi-lights include;
- Bypass pumping system
Wetwell cleaning, demolition of existing protective liner system, concrete repairs- Install new concrete surfacing and new spray liner

- New Handrail system and grating system with associated angle and supports
- New
wetwell access door and frame - New explosion proof LED lights
RTD self-performed 60% of all the work including all formwork, concrete work, bypass system, excavation & backfills, yard piping, FRP handrail and grating installation.
