Dannie Jordan
President

Since 1998, Dannie has been serving as President and CEO for RTD, where he inspires and empowers the team to exceed Owners expectations. He is one of the original founders of RTD Construction. 

Dannie is responsible for the day to day overall operations of the company including financial, legal, bonding, and insurance needs. He is a results and team-oriented President with hands-on construction experience. Prior to forming RTD, Dannie worked in all phases of the industry with responsibilities in project supervision, cost estimating, scheduling, quality control assurance, and overall construction project management.

Dannie has worked hard to insure that RTD has the latest equipment and technology. This ensures RTD’s ability to complete the projects successfully and efficiently. Computerized management systems have been implemented for the processing of accounting, project management, document control, scheduling, and estimating. These control systems are accessible to all RTD team members and are key in streamlining day to day operations which provide all important project information instantly. With the help of Dannie’s construction background, management style, and his ability to plan projects, RTD has become a leader in the Water and Wastewater Construction industry.

Tony Jordan
VP, Director of Field Operations

Since 1998, Tony Jordan is one of the original founders of RTD Construction. He serves as the Director of Field Operations. Being raised by a father who supervised the construction of large and complex water and wastewater treatment plant projects throughout the Southeastern U.S., it is fair to say that his work runs through his veins. 

Tony provides the company with leadership skills gathered throughout his more than 26 years of hands on experience. He is a team oriented construction professional with a vast amount of experience in heavy civil construction projects. Among Owners he has completed projects for, he earned a reputation as a positive and practical leader. 

As General Superintendent over all the Project Superintendents, he is in charge of oversight for all aspects of the on-site activities for all projects. It is his responsibility to make sure that all RTD projects are properly staffed and equipped to complete the project in an efficient manner and to insure that RTD Quality Control and Safety standards are adhered to. 

In the past, Tony worked for such companies as Harry Pepper & Associates, Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors, and Danis Environmental. He founded RTD with his father and brother, in the 1998-2001 time frame, where he has been serving as Vice President/Field Operations ever since.
